Accepting Automation

Many jobs will become automated and many will see themselves replaced by computers on their jobs and we are preparing for that future, no one will sit idly by and as history as showed us when automation came during the industrial era, new jobs were created. When computer automation started, new jobs such as I.T were created; Every time machines took a job, we also needed to create new jobs which requires a new set of skills (Katie Allen, 2015). We cannot predict what jobs will be created, but one thing is true; When a door closes, a window opens.

When a person read the news all they see is that automation is the doom of our society, but this website has shown with facts that it is far from being our doom. The general population who is looking for jobs or currently on a job should not be afraid of automation and instead should be informed on how computer automation is developing and know which skills they will need for the future along with what will improve their standard of life thanks to automation.

As a final note for our readers. Do not fear the future, do not give in into the fear that the media tries to instill in you. As history has taught us, we will adapt and our society will improve thanks to computer automation. We as society are not standing idle while automation spreads, we are changing and adapting to the future.
